Mike Roselle is a very cool guy who has done some amazing things. Not the least of which is creating Earth First. We all are entitled to be disappointed by our heroes. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t hate Mike, I am just disappointed.
Mike basically goes off on Bill Mahrer a comedian who has some very strong anti religious points of view. Yesterday 2 muslims shot dead 12 people at a satire news publication in France. Mike decided to trash Bill and his anti religious views. Unfortunately the exchange makes Mike look bad and most of his commenters look like uniformed idiots that are the stereotype of the treehugger movement.
No the atheists are not responsible for the greatest mass murders out there. Yes religion has lead to some of the greatest atrocities in history.
Once again an anti government wing nut on facebook doesn’t get it. The government doesn’t do anything for him. He receives no benefits from government at all, he claims. It is this level of cluelessness that makes me glad that they are revamping the school system. He apparently removed the comment before my reply could be posted.

Wow! Let’s look at this misleading picture. Now lets get some facts.
1) According to 2014 Census Data there are 206,072,000 registered voters in the US. 2) Cost to get a voter registration in the US $0.00 3) States that won’t allow you to vote with your voters registration? 20. 4) India requires you to fill out a form 6 in order to get a voter ID. You can see one here.
6) Number of provinces in India that require Real ID or something other than a voter ID? 0. 7) In the US the Real ID laws are now being stuck down by judges as suppressive. The federal judge in the Wisconsin case said the following in her ruling.
“But no matter how imprecise my estimate may be, it is absolutely clear that Act 23 will prevent more legitimate votes from being cast than fraudulent votes.”
The facts are quite simple the republican party doesn’t want the poor, elderly, or non whites to vote. They have shown that time and time again with things like the Real ID laws the limiting of early voting, and the restrictions on registering to vote. If they could find a way to strike down the 19th amendment they would
The simple fact is that the right wing does not want to raise the minimum wage because it would get people off of government programs like Snap, and welfare. If the right wing complains about those programs they can cut those programs without having to cut wages.
The right wing has no interest in helping others, especially others who are not rich.
So I was on facebook when a beekeeper I know posted this wonderful picture that just goes to show the idiocy that exists for those who want to be close minded losers.

As someone who took sign language in college I find your picture insulting. It goes to show an utter lack of intelligence. The line we drink beer is also crap because what most Americans consume as beer is piss and they would not know good beer if they tasted it.
The line we eat meat does not apply because there are plenty of Americans who do not eat meat. The nice thing about living in America is that we don’t all have to do the same things or like the same things. Finding that this poster comes from Freedom from Tyranny facebook group/page is funny because the line we love freedom is crap, we love freedom until there is a 9/11 or ebola scare, anything to make us sacrifice our freddoms for a false sense of security. The NSA now listens to our phone calls, follows your bank transactions and reads your internet traffic. Why? because you let it when you got a little scared.
To go with the wonderful point that I was making with the above statement what did Bruce do. He pulled the comment and effectively censored me and eliminated any idea of free speech because like most right wingers they only want their ideas heard and not any opposing ideas. I took a screenshot after I discovered he removed the post. It is amazing how many people like him exists. Where freedom only applies to him and not to anyone else.
